*If you registered your child earlier in the week and you received an email stating they were not eligible for our summer camp program, please register them again today for them to be placed on our waitlist. 
*If you registered your child earlier in the week and they were not eligible that does NOT place them on the waitlist automatically… You MUST re-register them today on the waitlist registration in order to be placed on our summer camp waitlist.

WAIT LIST REGISTRATION is for those who: 

• Were not enrolled in our 2018-2019 school year programs 

• Were enrolled in our programs, but did not have any recent attendance 

• Are interested in our program, and still meet grade requirements

• Registered earlier in the week when their child did not qualify for a spot at the time

Our summer camp 2019 program will be held at THS this year. It will be open first to those who have consistently attended our school year programs (cooking, REC, crafts, game room, sewing, Wrestling, etc.). To be eligible, your child must be in grades 4-8. 

​

Please keep in mind, to be eligible for our 2019 summer camp your child must be an ACTIVE BEACON PARTICIPANT throughout the 2018-2019 school year programs, NOT just enrolled. Our staff is currently going through attendance from the beginning of the school year to contact those that are active participants. By the end of this week, we will have more information for those eligible for our 2019 Summer Camp Program.

The JCC Beacon Summer Camp is seven weeks full of fun, games and laughter! The camp is open to incoming 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders who are looking to stay active, create new friendships and make the most out of their time off from school.

​

Summer Camp 2019 will be held at Tottenville HS. Camp runs from July 2nd to August 16th, from 9:00am until 3:00pm. Early drop off begins at 8:30am for those parents who need to get to work on time!  

 

During their time at camp, the campers will participate in the following activities:

• Recreation (Sports)

• Game Room (Board Games, Pool, Ping Pong, Wii, XBox)

• STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)

• Cooking

• Camp Olympics (Competitions between campers)

• Scavenger Hunts
