Mid-Winter Program, 2019

This February we will be hosting a Mid-Winter Program!
The program days will be February 19th, 20th and 21st, from 9-3pm. This program is open to ONLY those who are active Beacon participants of the 2018-2019 school year. No new members will be accepted for this program.
Registration will be ON OUR WEBSITE.
It will open February 3rd at 12:30pm, and will close February 9th at 7pm. It will be on a first come first serve basis, as seats are LIMITED.
To be eligible to participate in our Mid-Winter program your child:
- Must be a current Beacon participant
- Must be in grades 4-8, only
- Must be able to attend ALL 3 days of the program
- Paperwork must already be submitted for the program they are currently attending, and approved (completed in its entirety, with no missing information)
IF YOU ARE REGISTERING MORE THAN ONE CHILD, PLEASE READ TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS CORRECTLY, OR THE SPOTS WILL NOT BE RESERVED.
*You can register more than one child a few ways, but please be sure to do so correctly:
1. Please register ONE CHILD AT A TIME AND SELECT ONLY ONE TICKET, as the boxes for registration state "Participant first and last name". Once you register one child, you can then go back and register the other children the same way.
OR 2. Please be sure to select TWO TICKETS and list BOTH NAMES IN THE FIRST NAME BOX. DO NOT LIST THE SAME NAME TWICE as it will look like a duplicate ticket and only ONE will be reserved.
*IF YOU REGISTER WITH ONE TICKET AND 2 NAMES, THE CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM, as that means you are trying to register TWO names under ONE ticket, when seats are limited.
*When you click "Register Now" there will be TWO types of tickets. Please be sure to select the Mid-Winter Program ticket to enroll. If you are unable to enroll due to seats being filled, please fill out the WAIT LIST tickets, as you will then be placed on a wait list for the program, and we will contact you when a spot becomes available.
